
The Young Talent Program – how young talent grows at Rituals.
Us Rituals employees are eager to learn and grow every day. It drives us. So, we provide our employees with many different training and development programs. In this article, we're diving into our young talent program.

Our Young Talent Program is designed to recognise young professionals from Rituals offices worldwide. Through it, we aim to help our younger colleagues foster their personal and professional strengths, guide them in their career navigation, and ultimately promote their overall growth. Together, we steer and support the future Rituals' experts and leaders.

The 9-month program kicks off with a 2-day offsite, where participants from all over the globe come together and delve into defining their personal powers and challenges. This is followed by a series of skill sessions and individual coaching sessions, equipping them with insights to make a meaningful impact with their unique talents. It ends with a 24-hour Brand Challenge, where the participants apply their new strengths and skills to solve a real business case for Rituals.
