Dress for a good cause: pyjama day at the office

Have you always wanted to show up at work in your comfy pyjamas? We made it happen in our Central Head Office in Amsterdam. And even better, we did it to create awareness for a good cause near and dear to our hearts and souls. We wanted to support our long-time partner, War Child Holland, and their mission to better the lives of children living in a warzone.

PJ Day War Child Rituals

We wake up for children in war

The number of children being affected by horrific war is alarming and growing daily. Imagine being such a child waking up in a warzone. Every day is a harsh confrontation with reality. Aiming to provide support, War Child launched the limited War Child Pyjamas together with Hema Netherlands. This pyjama was sold as a symbol of safety and home. For every piece sold, Hema donated 25% to War Child to help children growing up in conflict.

As long-time supporters of War Child, we bought pyjamas for our colleagues, asked them to come to work in them, and encouraged them to donate to the charity themselves. At Rituals, we empower our employees to help us make a difference because we truly believe in using our business as a force for good. Impacting societal wellbeing is a big part of our purpose-driven culture. Do you also want to support War Child's mission in any way? Go to
