Begin your journey as a Sales Advisor, where you are the face of our brand. As an advisor, you work in a local, boutique-like shop or counter. You love to talk and connect with customers on a personal level, offer in-depth advice about our products and services, and answer all their questions. From making the shop or counter look top-notch and inviting, to welcoming customers and finalising a purchase with a personal touch – it’s all in your hands.

Elevating to an Expert

As a seasoned advisor, you can expand your knowledge and become a Rituals Expert. In addition to your already acquired skills as an Advisor, you’ll be coached to help our customers with more complex requests, creating profound in-depth knowledge, and expected to proactively share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues, contributing to the growth of each team member and the overall team.

Growing as an Assistant Shop Manager

Do you want to take the next step after working as an advisor or expert? You can take on the dynamic role of an Assistant Shop Manager. You can take on the dynamic role of an Assistant Shop Manager. You work closely with the Shop Manager and handle everything from stocking shelves to team coaching and meeting sales targets. When the Shop Manager is away, step into the leadership role: you make sure everything runs well, and customer service is best in class.

Stepping up as Counter Manager

Instead of becoming an Assistant Shop Manager, how do you feel about running the show at one of our Wholesale counters? As a Counter Manager, you are responsible for our counter in top perfumeries like Douglas and Kicks or high-end stores such as Galeria, El Corte Inglés and Bijenkorf. In this position, you master customer service, manage your team, and make sure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
