As Senior Manager Network Planning, you will lead the daily supply operations within our Supply Planning & Inventory department and help ensure that our growing omnichannel business has the right products available at the right place and time. Reporting to the Director Supply Planning & Inventory, you will connect Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Planning Operations, S&OE and Inventory Management with Finance, Control & Analytics, our logistics partners and suppliers. You will take ownership of inbound and order management, inventory availability, capacity forecasting and the associated budgets and processes. As the central Supply Chain contact within the weekly S&OE cycle, you will bring teams together, translate insights into clear priorities and act decisively when supply or capacity is at risk. At the same time, you will build and develop the Network Planning team and create scalable ways of working that support our international growth. Your contribution will help us live up to an important ambition: Supply Chain will never be the bottleneck for growth.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop the Network Planning team, creating clarity, accountability and an environment in which people can grow.
- Direct inbound and order management to secure the right level of supply across our central warehouses while balancing availability, inventory, capacity and costs.
- Own the inbound and transfer capacity forecast and align requirements with Supply Chain teams, Finance, suppliers and third-party logistics partners.
- Coordinate the weekly S&OE process across omnichannel replenishment, wholesale and travel retail fulfilment, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Logistics.
- Establish clear performance management and reporting for availability, days of supply, supplier performance and logistics capacity, acting as an escalation point and driving issues towards resolution.
