Sr. Product Analytics Manager

Create new products and ensure we continue to woo our customers in their quest for soulful living! Category management at it's best. Are you ready to join and give your all?

Share your talents

As Sr. Product Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Global Assortment, Pricing & Insights team, the analytical heart of Rituals' innovation and assortment strategy. Together with experts in assortment, pricing, category management, and insights, you help shape better business decisions across the entire product lifecycle. Your work goes far beyond reporting. You build the forecasts that determine the success of future product launches, develop the analytical capabilities that help us learn from past innovations, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence strategic decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with Category Managers, Innovation teams, Supply Chain, S&OP, and other senior stakeholders across the business. You will combine deep analytical expertise with commercial understanding to forecast demand for new product innovations, evaluate launch performance and continuously improve the way Rituals uses data to make decisions. At the same time, you will help evolve our product analytics capability from a predominantly reactive function towards a more strategic, insight-driven discipline that enables better decision-making across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Build demand forecasts for new product innovations, combining historical data, advanced analysis, business assumptions and category strategies to create reliable volume projections that support critical business decisions.
  • Develop and scale launch performance analytics, creating frameworks, methodologies and reporting capabilities that help Rituals systematically evaluate innovation success and improve future launches.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities, risks and improvement areas across categories, products and innovation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of analytical processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency, consistency and data quality across the innovation landscape.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted advisor who challenges assumptions, influences decisions and helps teams become increasingly data-driven.

Bring all of you

You are an analytically minded professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through data. You are equally comfortable building detailed forecasts and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. You thrive in environments where not everything is fully defined yet and are energised by creating structure, frameworks and scalable solutions.

You bring strong business acumen and understand how data can influence commercial decisions. Rather than simply responding to requests, you proactively identify opportunities, uncover root causes and challenge stakeholders to think differently. You know how to balance hands-on analytical execution with strategic thinking and can build strong relationships across multiple functions and levels of the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Have extensive experience in analytics, insights, forecasting, business intelligence or a comparable analytical discipline.
  • Have strong SQL skills and experience working with modern data environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Possess advanced analytical capabilities and are highly proficient in Excel and data visualisation or analytical tools.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and can translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
  • Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and have a proven track record of building or improving analytical capabilities, processes or frameworks.
