We prioritise growth in our colleagues' career journeys. For our Shop Managers, we bring this to life through the Rituals Live Events: biannual gatherings designed to inspire, connect, and empower them for both professional success and personal growth.

The Rituals Live events cover key operational topics while offering fun and connection. Every February, we start with a digital event celebrating our successes and outlining the vision ahead. Then, in the autumn, we host a lively two-day in-person event in each country to equip our Shop Managers for the holiday season. This is an important time for Rituals, the number one wellbeing brand for luxurious gifts.

Energising our path to a successful Holiday Season
The Rituals Live Event of this fall was packed with energy and insights. It started with inspiring presentations by our local management members, sharing exciting updates, celebrating our successes, and mapping out the strategic goals for the holiday season. The focus was clear: how we all can ensure a smooth and successful holiday season and how a Shop Manager, as a key player, can get the best out of themselves and their team for this magical but busy time of the year.

Two days full of fun, connection, and preparation
The program was interactive, with area managers leading informative and engaging workshops on successfully navigating the holiday season. These workshops, such as "Plan, Position, Perform" and "Conversion," focused on team management and influencing behaviour that impacts conversion rates. An interactive game, "Unlocking Operational Excellence in the Back of House," was also part of the program, guiding managers on how to keep things safe and running smoothly in their stores.
