On our mission to build a global wellbeing brand, Travel Retail introduces Rituals to millions of consumers across airports, airlines, ferries, hotels and other travel locations worldwide.

As Trade Marketeer Travel Retail, you will be the operational and analytical backbone of the Travel Retail Marketing team. You ensure campaigns are planned, launched and evaluated effectively by coordinating timelines, assets, reporting and stakeholder alignment across regions and partners.

Working closely with Trade Marketing, Commercial teams and Head Office stakeholders, you translate plans into flawless execution and turn campaign data into actionable recommendations that improve future performance and investment decisions.

This role offers a unique combination of marketing operations, campaign management, performance analysis and partner collaboration within an international retail environment.

What You'll Do

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate the planning and rollout of Travel Retail campaigns across regions and partners, including shop-in-shop activations, other physical retail touchpoints and digital channels.
  • Own the end-to-end operational creative briefing process for all regions, consolidating regional requirements into clear briefs and coordinating timelines, asset requirements and follow-up through to delivery.
  • Own and maintain trade marketing calendars by market and partner, keeping campaign timings, key milestones and deadlines aligned across regions.
  • Coordinate timely handovers to regional teams and Account Managers, ensuring they receive the approved assets, campaign information and timelines needed for local execution.
  • Ensure all deliverables, approvals and dependencies are aligned for successful campaign launches.
  • Monitor campaign readiness and proactively identify risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Operations & Governance

  • Manage campaign documentation, trackers and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), purchase orders and contract administration, working with the relevant internal teams to secure required documentation and approvals.
  • Ensure clear governance, documentation and version control across projects.

Operational Planning

  • Coordinate campaign-related forecasts for promotional materials, gifts with purchase and samples.
  • Consolidate inputs from teams, markets and partners into reliable operational plans.
  • Identify potential stock, timing or execution risks and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.

Reporting, Insights & Performance

  • Lead the collection, validation and analysis of campaign results across regions and partners.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness by combining commercial performance, marketing investment and execution quality.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and presentations for business reviews and planning cycles.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations that drive future growth and improved ROI.

Partner Planning & Commercial Support

  • Support the development of partner marketing plans and activation proposals across shop-in-shop, promotional and relevant digital touchpoints.
  • Assess opportunities based on commercial value, visibility potential and operational feasibility.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to coordinate agreed marketing initiatives and campaign participation.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain and regional teams.
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear, timely and actionable information throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Present plans, results and recommendations to both operational and senior stakeholders.

Bring all of you

High on energy, low on ego, and with a natural ability to create structure in a fast-moving international environment. You enjoy connecting the dots between marketing, data, and commercial objectives, and are motivated by turning insights into actions that improve performance.

You are analytical, highly organised and proactive. You bring structure to complex work, turn data into practical recommendations and keep multiple projects, priorities and deadlines on track.

In addition:

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Business or a related field.
  • You have approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, project management, retail, FMCG, or a comparable environment.
  • You have strong project management skills, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and dependencies from initial briefing through to delivery and evaluation.
  • You are proactive and comfortable challenging incomplete information, unclear ownership or unrealistic timelines.
  • You take ownership, work independently, and proactively drive projects forward.
  • You have strong stakeholder-management skills and enjoy collaborating across functions, markets, and cultures.
  • You have strong Excel skills and experience in developing clear dashboards or reporting tool.
  • You combine strong operational skills with an affinity for trade marketing and a curiosity about how retail activations drive partner growth and commercial results.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Travel Retail, Retail, Beauty, or FMCG is considered a strong advantage.
