As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will help shape the future of learning at Rituals and define how colleagues grow, learn and perform throughout their journey with us. As part of our Learning and Development team within the Talent, Learning and Leadership department, you will report to the Global Head of Learning and Development. In this role, you combine strategic thinking with strong execution. You will shape the vision and roadmap for key learning priorities, with a strong focus on onboarding, future skills, talent development and the future of learning. You will evolve our global onboarding approach to create a consistent experience that builds connection and accelerates productivity from day one.
At the same time, you will help move learning beyond traditional programs towards experiences that are embedded in the flow of work. You will explore how AI, digital solutions and new ways of learning can strengthen capability building and create more relevant, scalable and impactful development experiences.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will translate business priorities and future capability needs into learning strategies that help our people, and Rituals, continue to grow.
In this role, you will:
- Help shape the vision and roadmap for key global learning priorities, including onboarding, future skills, talent development and the future of learning.
- Define and evolve our global onboarding strategy, creating a consistent experience that builds connection and accelerates productivity from day one.
- Translate business priorities and future capability needs into scalable learning strategies and development solutions.
- Drive the shift towards learning in the flow of work, using AI, digital solutions and innovation to create more relevant and impactful learning experiences.
- Develop future-focused learning and talent initiatives, combining formal learning with stretch assignments, rotations and other meaningful growth opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to identify capability needs, shape priorities and continuously improve the impact of learning.

You are an experienced learning professional who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. You know how to translate business ambitions and future capability needs into learning strategies that create real impact. With an enterprise mindset, you look beyond individual programs and think about how learning, technology and ways of working come together to drive growth and performance. You are curious about the future of learning and how AI and digital innovation can transform the way people develop. As a confident sparring partner, you are comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders and turning strategic ambitions into action.
To be successful in this role, you:
- Have 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, organisational development or a related field, ideally in an international environment.
- Have proven experience shaping learning strategies and scalable global programs, from vision through to implementation.
- Bring experience in onboarding, future skills, talent development and/or leadership development.
- Are a strong stakeholder manager and confident sparring partner for senior leaders.
- Bring an enterprise mindset and can connect business priorities, capability needs and people development.
- Are forward-looking and curious about how AI, digital tools and innovation can transform learning and capability building.
