Share your talents

As a Senior Global Service Center Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening HR Operations across our global markets. Based at our Head Office in Amsterdam, you are the trusted expert for complex Workday and HR Operations topics, supporting Local HR Operations teams and helping them get the most value from our systems, processes and ways of working. Following the first-line support provided by the HR Specialists in the Global Service Center, you step in when cases require deeper expertise or a broader view. You analyze recurring questions and ticket patterns, identify knowledge gaps and ensure relevant insights reach the responsible teams for process, automation or system improvements.

You will report to the Global Service Center Lead and work closely with the HR Specialists in the Global Service Center, Local Super Users, HR Operations teams, Process Automation and Tech & Data. You help raise knowledge across the countries, connect the right stakeholders and follow up on agreed actions. This role is a good fit for someone who combines strong HR systems expertise with an analytical, practical and collaborative approach.

In this role, you will:

· Act as the escalation point for complex Workday and HR Operations cases that cannot be resolved through first-line support.

· Analyse ticket trends and recurring issues to identify root causes, knowledge gaps and broader operational themes.

· Translate operational findings into clear recommendations and share them with the teams responsible for process, automation or system improvements.

· Track agreed actions and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure issues are progressed and outcomes are communicated back to the HR Operations community.

· Develop and deliver practical training, guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions for Local Super Users and HR Operations teams.

· Create and maintain knowledge materials, standards and best practices that improve consistency and self-sufficiency across markets.

· Support the adoption of Workday, AI, automation and other digital solutions by explaining changes and helping teams apply them in their daily work.

· Connect local market feedback with Global HR Operations, Process Automation and Tech & Data teams.

Bring all of you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR, systems and service. You bring strong operational expertise, quickly recognize patterns and can turn complex findings into clear next steps. You enjoy sharing knowledge, connecting stakeholders and following topics through until there is clarity on ownership and progress.

You feel comfortable in an international environment and communicate in a clear, practical and approachable way. If you enjoy solving complex issues, helping others build confidence and ensuring operational insights lead to action, you will feel at home in this role.

To be successful in this role, you:

· Have 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, Shared Services or a related field.

· Bring strong Workday expertise and a thorough understanding of HR Operations processes and service delivery.

· Have experience analyzing ticket data or operational trends and translating findings into clear recommendations.

· Can distinguish between an individual support issue, a knowledge gap and a structural improvement opportunity.

· Enjoy facilitating training and knowledge-sharing sessions for different stakeholder groups.

· Communicate clearly and can coordinate and follow up across teams, functions and countries.

· Bring a hands-on service mindset, strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.

· Have an interest in AI, automation and digital enablement within HR Operations.

Grow with us! The next steps are:

· Apply via our website. Make sure you meet the requirements and tell us why you are applying.

· Our recruiter, to be confirmed, will contact you within 10 working days.

· A interview follows at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam.
