Senior AI Adoption & Change Specialist

The beating heart of every organisation - it's all about our people! Join the people challenge, mix it with technology and join in on elevating our human capital!

Share your talents

As Senior AI Adoption & Change Specialist, you help make AI practical, relevant and part of everyday work across Rituals. In this role, you will be part of our Human Resources team within Talent, Learning & Culture, based at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, and you will report to the Head of Leadership, AI & Culture.

You play an important role in building confidence, capability and readiness as we continue to embed AI into the flow of work. Working closely with the AI Factory, Tech & Data, Responsible AI stakeholders, leaders, people managers and AI Ambassadors, you turn transformation ambitions into clear actions and meaningful behaviour change. You understand how to make new ways of working feel simple and energising, rather than theoretical or overwhelming. With your strong consulting mindset, you help teams identify barriers, strengthen adoption and create lasting impact. In doing so, you contribute to a future-ready organisation where people feel supported to grow with AI in a responsible and human way.

In this role, you will:

•           Design and deliver AI learning journeys, workshops and enablement experiences that build confidence and capability.

•           Enable managers to embed AI into team routines, onboarding, performance conversations and continuous improvement practices.

•           Activate and support the AI Ambassador community through clear role expectations, communication, templates, community rhythms, feedback loops and recognition moments.

•           Develop adoption content, communications and success stories that make AI practical, relevant and accessible.

•           Assess AI maturity and readiness, translating insights into targeted adoption and capability-building interventions.

•           Define, monitor and analyse adoption, capability and business-value indicators and use insights to continuously improve adoption outcomes.

Bring all of you

We are looking for a colleague who combines curiosity for AI with a thoughtful and practical approach to change. You know how to engage people at different levels of the organisation and help them build new habits with confidence. You bring structure, energy and sound judgement to a fast-moving and evolving landscape. At the same time, you stay grounded and keep responsible AI and human judgement at the centre of your work. If you enjoy turning complexity into clarity and supporting others in their growth, this role may be a great next step.

To be successful in this role, you:

•           Have affinity with generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and prompt design fundamentals.

•           Bring strong consulting, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

•           Have experience applying change management principles, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement approaches and behavioural adoption techniques within transformation or digital adoption initiatives.

•           Are comfortable using data, feedback and maturity assessments to identify adoption opportunities and measure impact.

•           Bring strong English writing skills; Dutch or other language skills are a plus in an international environment.

At Rituals, we are committed to care for everyone and strive to create a diverse workplace where all employees belong and have equal opportunities to succeed.
