Share your talents
Rituals operates within a complex, global supply chain spanning 27 countries and serving our core business channels: retail, e-commerce, and wholesale. We are looking for an experienced Project & Product Manager – Supply Chain Fulfillment & Logistics to lead impactful technology projects and drive continuous improvements across our supply chain operations.
In this role, you will support the evolution of our logistics landscape and help optimise inventory management across distribution centres and stores. Your expertise in supply chain, logistics, and project delivery will be key in ensuring our systems continue to support Rituals’ double-digit growth, while improving efficiency through process optimisation and collaboration with business teams and external partners.
Our ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a product mindset. You will take end-to-end ownership of technology initiatives, working closely with Supply Chain and other teams to deliver solutions that improve operational performance and strengthen the connection between business and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Project & Product Manager, you will:
- Act as the bridge between Tech & Data and key business stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, efficient, and innovative technology solutions.
- Lead strategic supply chain projects from initiation to delivery, managing timelines, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver sustainable software solutions that create business value and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with software vendors, implementation partners, business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage relationships with external software vendors, including application updates, license agreements, and roadmap discussions.
- Support operational continuity by coordinating support processes and acting as an escalation point for critical incidents.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget according to Rituals’ financial control processes.
- Present complex topics clearly to different stakeholder groups and translate technical concepts into understandable language.
- Promote best practices, introduce structure, and support Agile ways of working across teams.
Bring all of you
You are an energetic, pragmatic, and solution-oriented professional who enjoys delivering projects in a fast-paced, international environment. You bring structure to complexity, collaborate naturally with different stakeholders, and are motivated by creating meaningful improvements.
Moreover, you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, product management, or similar roles within Supply Chain, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supply chain technology solutions, such as Microsoft D365, Order Management Systems (OMS), and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience working with project management tools, ideally Atlassian Jira.
- Experience working in an international environment; fluency in English is required.
- Interest in related areas such as finance, supply and demand planning systems, middleware, master data management, and Google Cloud solutions.
- A proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to take ownership of processes and outcomes.
What We Offer:
Join a diverse and motivated team working in an international environment where empowerment and collaboration are at the core of our success. We offer a comprehensive benefits and compensation package, paired with a dynamic work environment at our Amsterdam HQ, complete with iconic canal views.
