As Head of Landscape IT, you are responsible for the central Enterprise IT infrastructure that supports our global business across 22 countries, 1,500 stores and 18 local head offices. You will lead the team that defines and manages the IT landscape of Rituals, making sure our foundation is reliable, secure and ready for tomorrow.
In this role, you bring together strategy, continuity and continuous improvement within a complex international environment. You will lead a team of approximately 8 FTE, consisting of both internal and external colleagues, and help them grow while setting clear direction. Landscape IT is the technical heart of Enterprise IT, where core technologies and standards come together. Think of Microsoft Azure, central global printing solutions, SharePoint, Exchange, Indentity integrations, SSO, Azure-AD virtualized desktops and technical security solutions such as Mimecast, Sentinel and other security solution.
With your experience, you will balance operational stability with thoughtful innovation, ensuring our infrastructure continues to support the needs of a growing organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders across the business, architects and other IT teams and act as a trusted sparring partner on infrastructure, risk and long-term technical choices.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop the Landscape IT team of approximately 8 FTE.
- Define, manage and optimize the technical landscape for the Enterprise IT landscape
- Translate strategic objectives into a clear team plan, priorities and improvements for the IT landscape
- Ensure continuity, stability and security of the central IT infrastructure in a complex international environment.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders and advise on technical direction, risks and infrastructure improvements.
- Provide structure and improve (ITIL) processes. Make sure the Enterprise IT team is aligned with Tech & Data portfolio management.

For this role, we are looking for a seasoned people manager with strong infrastructure expertise and a clear view on how technology supports a growing international business. You understand how to lead through complexity while keeping teams focused, engaged and accountable. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on understanding of enterprise infrastructure and technical security. You know how to work with different stakeholders, align interests and make grounded decisions that support business continuity.
Most of all, you bring the maturity and curiosity to keep improving a critical IT landscape that touches many parts of our organization.
To be successful in this role, you:
- Bring a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Have proven management experience and know how to lead and develop teams.
- Have strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains such as Microsoft solutions and networking
- Are experienced in maintaining and improving business-critical IT landscapes in an international environment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide clear direction in a complex setting.
