er 5 different trainee tracks. A People Track, Tech Track, Finance Track, Marketing Track and Supply Track. During this 2-year program, you will do 3 job rotations within your expertise, while we prioritize your personal development through training, mentoring and coaching. Being a trainee at Rituals means learning a lot and making meaningful impact, while broaden your horizon.

The traineeship starts in February 2026, recruitment starts in September 2025. The Rituals Headquarters are located in Amsterdam.
Traineeships are available for young professionals, with maximum of 1 year work experience (internships and side jobs excluded). You must have a valid work permit already, Rituals does not provide this.
No, you must contain a diploma (and therefore finish your studies) when the traineeship starts. You cannot combine a study with this trainee program.
Fluency in English, a diploma HBO/WO, fulltime availability for 2 years.
Note, we work 80% in the office. Applying for a traineeship means agreeing to those terms.The vacancy opens in September for 2 weeks. The traineeship starts in February 2026, not at other moments in the year.

Yes, you can. The main language we operate in is English. Full English proficiency is required.
