We aim to create a seamless journey so that our customers can find their favourites on the shelves of their preferred Rituals shop.

As a company, we continue to grow, and growth brings new challenges. Luckily, we’re committed to come up with smart and streamlined solutions. We aim to open about 100 new shops each year, and our Supply Chain Department plays a key role in this ambitious target. Our guiding motto is: “Supply Chain will never be the bottleneck for growth.” That’s why we’re investing in capacity, fine-tuning our processes, and implementing smart automation. We're excited about the challenges presented by technologies like Artificial Intelligence and our commitment to achieving Zero Emissions. This keeps us on our toes, constantly adapting and innovating.
