Our Indirect Procurement department is a vital cog in the company's wheel, working closely with various departments across the board. Their mission is to refine our non-product vendor relationships, ensuring Rituals achieves the best value in each negotiation. Think about procuring items & services such as professional services, marketing services, F&D furniture, IT equipment, tooling, to name a few. It’s not just about finding the best suppliers; they're about building genuine partnerships, negotiating the most optimal terms for deals that reflect Rituals’ dedication to quality and sustainability. With their keen listening skills they grasp the unique needs of each department. This team is the driving force behind our cost-effective strategies, all while nurturing a warm, diverse, and supportive atmosphere within our team.
