Our department is made up of two main teams, who work side by side to realise innovative, eye-catching products, captivating our customers.
Creative
Breathing life into existing products, exploring relaunch opportunities, thinking of entirely fresh creations and exclusive limited editions - this is what our creative team is all about. Diving deep into the creative concept behind each product, this team thinks about what it should achieve, how it should make you feel, and even the colours that resonate. The team’s goal is to craft a tangible product that can be evaluated as a potential addition to our product portfolio, already holding over 800 products.
Operations
This team is the driving force responsible for bringing new products to our store shelves and, ultimately, to our customers. Team Operations collaborates with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, handling data management and analysis. While the Creative team brings concepts to life, Operations takes a hands-on approach to project management and ensures operational effectiveness in product development.
