Senior Art Direction Specialist

As Senior Art Director, you will join the Content & Design Studio, Rituals’ in-house creative team responsible for bringing our brand to life across global campaigns and channels. The studio combines expertise in Art Direction, Design, Copy, Content, Print, Operations, Translations and platform execution, and has evolved into a creative powerhouse that now develops and delivers high-impact campaigns for audiences around the world. In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing and a broad range of stakeholders across Digital, Retail, Category, Social and local markets to create compelling visual worlds that elevate the Rituals brand. From shaping campaign concepts and leading productions to directing shoots and overseeing final delivery, you will have a direct influence on how millions of customers experience Rituals. 

Working across photography, film, motion, CGI, design and emerging AI-driven workflows, you will combine creative vision with commercial understanding to create beautiful work that is not only distinctive and inspiring but also delivers against business objectives. In this role, you will:

• Lead the art direction of global campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives from concept development through final delivery.
• Translate strategic, marketing and commercial objectives into distinctive visual narratives across digital, social, CRM, retail and e-commerce channels.
• Direct creative productions across photography, film, motion, CGI and AI-driven workflows, ensuring the highest standards of craft and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, producers and external creative partners to bring compelling ideas to life.
• Present and defend creative concepts to stakeholders while balancing creative excellence, production realities and business needs.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Have significant experience in Art Direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and high-quality visual storytelling.
• Bring experience within beauty, luxury, fashion, lifestyle or another highly visual consumer-focused brand or agency environment.
• Have proven experience leading productions across photography, film, motion, CGI or other visual content disciplines.
• Possess strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and defend creative decisions.
• Bring experience with creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io and emerging AI-powered creative technologies.
