Real Estate Internship

The Intern will be a part of the Real Estate CHO Department, which operates from the head office in Amsterdam. Real Estate CHO Department is responsible for Rituals international expansion and improvement of the current store portfolio. The international team supports local colleagues in their objectives of sustainable expansion and store portfolio optimization and provides tools and knowhow crucial in the real estate industry.

The Intern will help the Real Estate International team and support with the daily tasks such as data analysis, report creation or communication with CHO and/or regional teams. The main objective is to support the Real Estate team in the optimization of the current Rituals store portfolio and improvement of the Real Estate department's work through innovation and implementation of new tools and AI technologies.

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Store data analysis, performance management & portfolio dashboarding
• Deep dive rent cost analysis & lease renewal overview
• Tool implementation (e.g. new contract management system) and improvement of tools & processes of the Real Estate Department through AI and smarter operations
• Interaction with and supporting regional teams and cross-departmental teams
• Support for business cases and quarterly forecasting
• Help in meeting preparations with landlords
• Taking part in real estate sustainability projects
• Arranging lease signatures

• You’re currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Higher Education / University) 
• You have affinity with Retail and Real Estate
• You’re interested in data analytics, AI and innovation
• You’re available from the 1st of September, for 32-40 hours, for 5-6 months.
• You are fluent in English and/or Dutch
• Hands-on personality with a curious mind-set. Critical yet constructive. Eager to learn.
