Mind Oasis by Rituals is a fast-growing, omni-channel wellbeing brand within the Rituals Cosmetics Group. Through science-backed, multisensory experiences, we help people effortlessly relax, recharge, focus and sleep better.

Our brand brings together physical Mind Oasis experiences in Rituals stores, the Mind Oasis App, the Mind Oasis Intelligent Wellbeing Mat and a growing B2B wellbeing offering. Together, we are building a global wellbeing brand and platform that makes mental wellbeing accessible, effortless, affordable and part of everyday life.

Are you creative, passionate about social media and interested in the world of wellbeing? As our Social Media Intern, you will help bring the Mind Oasis brand to life online and inspire people to slow down and take a moment for themselves.

During this 5 to 6 month internship, you will work closely with our Social Media Team and the wider Marketing team. You will create engaging content around our Mind Oasis locations, App and At Home offering, while supporting our social channels from content planning to community engagement and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging Reels, Stories and social posts across the different Mind Oasis areas, with copy that makes deep rest feel within reach.
• Supporting content shoots at our Amsterdam location and other boutiques, capturing guest experiences, testimonials and video reviews.
• Building and maintaining the weekly and monthly content calendar, aligned with campaigns, product launches and new location openings.
• Engaging with our community by responding to comments, messages and mentions in a warm and professional way, and sharing relevant guest content.
• Creating social content that helps drive awareness and interest in the Mind Oasis App and Mind Oasis At Home.
• Keeping up with trends across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, particularly within wellbeing, sleep and recovery, and translating these into fresh content ideas.
• Tracking social performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth and traffic, and supporting monthly reporting.
• Supporting influencer and creator visits, giveaways, campaigns and events across our European locations.

You are enthusiastic about social media, content creation and wellbeing, and you enjoy turning ideas into engaging content. You are proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership while working closely with others.

On top of that, you:

• Are currently enrolled in an HBO or WO programme in Marketing, Communication, Media, Creative Business or a related field.
• Understand platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn and what makes content effective across different channels.
• Have basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro, or video-editing tools such as CapCut.
• Have strong English writing skills and an eye for tone of voice, spelling and detail.
• Enjoy the full content creation process, from developing an idea to bringing it to life.
• Are organised, proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Have a genuine interest in wellbeing, mental health, sleep and self-care.
• Ideally have some experience with content planning or scheduling tools, such as Later, Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite.
