Internship Retail Operations | Commercial Development

Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals’ global Retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring commercial plans to life in stores worldwide.

Throughout your internship, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail, Marketing, and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn, grow, and build valuable skills for your future.

What you’ll do:

• Assist the planning and coordination of global Retail initiatives through the Commercial Cycle, helping stores worldwide prepare for key commercial moments.
• Contribute to global Retail projects, such as Holiday Season
• Support the Mystery Shopper programme by analysing results, coordinating requests, and creating reports and visualisations to help markets identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

What you’ll learn:

• How global Retail initiatives are planned and brought to life in stores worldwide
• Project coordination and stakeholder management through cross-functional collaboration
• Taking initiative and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations

The internship is located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for an intern for 32-40 hours a week, from the 1st of February 2027 for 6 months.

• Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ Business Administration/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding/ Economics and other.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• You are pro-active, independent, inquisitive and solution-oriented
• Good skills: planning, organization, and multitasking
• You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
