International HR PMO

At Rituals, our people make the difference especially in Retail. As our International HR PMO, you support and coordinate the HR projects that shape the experience of our store teams. You’re the link between global strategy, local markets and execution. You help turn our people ambitions into clear plans and storylines that truly land.

At the same time, it’s a hands-on, supporting role. You keep the overview of all running projects, actions and stakeholders. You help organize meetings, work out action plans and build presentations. In this role you work closely with the International HR Manager, the International HR Director, the markets and our Center of Expertise.

In this role, you will:

• Support and coordinate our global HR projects - with a strong focus on Retail from idea to adoption in the markets.
• Translate strategy, ideas and market feedback into clear storylines, approaches and next steps in the Rituals way.
• Keep the overview of all running projects, actions and stakeholders.
• Support the practical side: organizing meetings, preparing documents, action plans and presentations.
• Build frameworks, toolkits and processes for a consistent Retail employee experience.
• Support the topics that matter most to our stores: retention, absenteeism, onboarding, engagement and development.
• Facilitate global communities and stakeholder sessions to share knowledge and drive alignment.
• Help build an annual structure across all HR initiatives together with the CHO PMO lead, to inform and engage stakeholders in time.
• Support HR data reporting and analysis to provide useful insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Optimize our ways of working with AI as a frontrunner and ambassador who brings it further into HR.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Have 2+ years experience coordinating and supporting international projects, ideally in Retail or another people-facing environment.
• Are hands-on and confident in supporting meetings, documents, presentations and action planning.
• Thrive in an international and fast-paced setting, and stay calm when priorities shift.
• A natural 'people connector': you communicate clearly and build alignment across teams, stakeholders and cultures.
• Combine a strategic mindset with strong execution, turning ideas into storylines and actions.
• Bring curiosity for AI and enjoy helping to improve ways of working through innovation.
• Have experience in consultancy or a similar environment.
