Bring all of you
Have at least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
Are available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
Can’t imagine being behind a desk all day. You genuinely enjoy helping people find calm - the variety, the meaningful connections, the problem-solving.
Are result driven, always looking for your next win and you naturally help guests discover the right treatments for their stress relief needs.
Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Floor Manager, and connect with guests (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

1Snelle check: screeningvragen
Daarna stellen we je een paar korte screeningvragen om te zien of je aan enkele belangrijke eisen voldoet. Dit kost niet meer dan een minuut!
2Game Time! (Game-based assessment)
Je speelt een reeks korte 'fun' spellen van in totaal ongeveer 30 minuten. Zo leren we hoe je denkt, problemen oplost en samenwerkt. Geen voorbereiding nodig!
3De ‘Discovery’ van de functie
Vergeet het standaardgesprek - we laten je liever de functie echt ervaren. Daarom nodigen we je uit voor een zogenaamde ‘Discovery’. Tijdens deze Discovery verken je de winkel, maak je kennis met het team en laat je zien hoe je in echte situaties handelt.
4Online interview
In dit online interview bespreken we je leiderschapservaring, motivatie en geven we je een duidelijk beeld van de functie en verwachtingen.
