Recruiter Nordics (Temporary Position)

At Rituals, Talent Acquisition is changing. With AI-driven recruitment, and data-led decision making becoming a larger part of our daily work. We are now looking for a Recruiter who can help us strengthen sourcing, improve recruitment processes, and drive smarter ways of attracting talent across the Nordics to our stores and offices.

This is a full-time temporary position covering a one-year parental leave from December 2026 to December 2027.

Your mission 
Your focus will be to support hiring managers and the retail organization while helping Talent Acquisition become more proactive, structured, and data-led. You will work across sourcing, analytics, recruitment technology, employer branding, and process improvement.

Key focus areas

• Proactive sourcing and talent mapping
• Recruitment analytics, reporting, and data quality
• Recruitment technology, AI, and process optimization in Paradox and Workday
• Employer branding activities, campaigns, and stakeholder collaboration

What you'll do

• Build talent pipelines and map talent for key hiring needs.
• Use data and insights to improve sourcing, reporting, and decisions.
• Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and AI-driven ways of working.
• Drive employer branding activities and campaigns for open roles.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, talent intelligence, or a similar field.
• Enjoys working with data, recruitment technology, systems, and AI.
• Is structured, analytical, proactive, and comfortable driving improvements.
• Builds strong stakeholder relationships and communicates clearly in English.
