Senior HR Operations Specialist Nordics

In this role as Senior HR Operations Specialist Nordics, you'll play a pivotal role in driving data quality, system excellence, and continuous improvement across our Nordic HR Operations landscape. Your work will help ensure that our HR processes, systems, and analytics capabilities are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our business goals, ultimately creating a seamless experience for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders. 

• Based in Stockholm, you'll join our HR Operations team, working alongside our HR Coordinators and Payroll Specialists. Together, you'll focus on optimizing HR processes, leveraging system capabilities, and improving the way we work through data-driven decision making. 
• You'll serve as a key expert on our HR systems landscape, including Workday, Quinyx, ServiceNow, and related tools. You will identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve user experience, and support the successful implementation of global and local HR initiatives. 
• You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality HR data and reporting. By analyzing trends, monitoring data quality, and developing insightful dashboards, you'll provide valuable recommendations that support business decisions and continuous improvement. 
• Beyond systems and reporting, you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, translating complex processes and system functionality into practical guidance. You will lead and develop training initiatives, ensuring users feel confident navigating our HR systems and self-service solutions. 
• As a key stakeholder in compliance and governance, you'll help ensure that HR processes, documentation, and system practices remain aligned with local labor legislation, company policies, and data quality standards. 
• You will also be responsible for handling the company fleet of lease cars, ensuring smooth administration, coordination with relevant stakeholders and suppliers, and continuous improvement of related processes. 

As a member of our Nordic HR team, you will join a group of dedicated professionals across three key areas: HR Operations, HR Advisory, and Talent Acquisition. Together, we strive to build an HR organization that combines operational excellence, data-driven insights, and a people-first mindset. 

You have several years of experience working within HR Operations, HR Systems, HRIS, Payroll Operations, or a similar environment where systems, data, and process optimization have been key components of your role. 

You are experienced in working with HR platforms such as Workday, Quinyx, ServiceNow, or similar systems, and you enjoy exploring how technology can improve efficiency and user experience. Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and data management are considered a significant advantage. 

You have a naturally analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive improvements. You are comfortable translating insights into recommendations and actions that create business value. 

Your communication skills in both Swedish and English are excellent, and you have the ability to explain complex system functionality, policies, and processes in a clear, structured, and pedagogical way. You build strong relationships across teams and enjoy supporting others through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing. 

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you balance operational responsibilities, project work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
