Payroll Specialist Sweden & Norway

We are now looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team and take ownership of payroll operations for Sweden and Norway. In this role, you will ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery while working closely with HR, Finance, and external partners in an international and fast-growing environment. 

What you'll do 

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Sweden and Norway 
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and regulations 
• Support and advise HR on payroll-related topics 
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reporting and reconciliations 
• Drive continuous improvements and smarter ways of working 

Who you are

You are a structured and detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys taking ownership and building strong relationships across the business. You combine payroll expertise with a proactive mindset and always look for opportunities to improve processes.

You bring:

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP
• Strong knowledge of Swedish OR Norwegian payroll legislation
• Excellent Excel skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
