Once you're part of our team, Rootcamp is your starting line. This immersive two-day experience takes place in our original Amsterdam offices. It's where our top leaders welcome you, and you get a feel for our unique culture. What's more, you won't be alone; you'll have the chance to connect with enthusiastic new teammates who have flown in from around the world. Designed to be interactive and energetic, Rootcamp is not just an onboarding event - it's the starting point for a fulfilling career journey with us.
The Soulmate Program
Besides Rootcamp, we offer another warm welcome through our Soulmate Program. As a new addition to our team, you'll be paired with a ‘Soulmate’ from a different department. This colleague helps you navigate our culture, serves as a role model, and is a reliable source of information. They also assist in building your network. And these aren't just fleeting connections: many continue to meet, keep in touch, and value their Soulmate connection long after the onboarding process.
Hands-on shop experience
As part of your onboarding, you'll do more than desk work. You'll get to roll up your sleeves in one of our shops. This isn't just a behind-the-scenes tour; it's your chance to dive into our customer-centred world. Get to know our products and services while learning from seasoned shop colleagues. This hands-on experience is also a chance to see how you can best support your shop colleagues in the future.

The Global People Academy
Whether you're just starting out, an experienced professional, or a seasoned leader, we've tailored courses at Rituals to fit your needs. Our offerings are organised into three categories: Starters, Professionals, and Leaders. In addition to these distinct tracks, we offer open courses and masterclasses that are accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience. These sessions, available both online and in person, often incorporate the expertise of external partners. Featured courses include 'Project Management' for starters, 'Impactful influencing' for professionals, 'Leading change' for leaders, as well as 'Power BI' and 'Intercultural Awareness' for all. We regularly introduce new courses to support continuous growth in your personal and professional journey.
Our Young Talent Program
The Young Talent Program is a nine-month global development journey for a selected group of Rituals employees with two to four years of experience. More than personal growth, it's about collaborating with peers from around the world. Participants get to work on personal leadership through coaching, business challenges, and skill sessions, with opportunities to implement fresh ideas company-wide. Combining both in-person and online sessions, this program aims to define your talents and shape your career path. Guidance is provided every step of the way, including coaching from both managers and trainers.
