Providing the right tools
We ensure that shops have the necessary resources, tools, programs, and effective communication in place, including a focus on KPIs, operational briefings, the Mystery Shopper Program, and holiday season execution.
Coordinate activities
We facilitate collaboration between the head office and regional stakeholders, including Marketing, Innovation, Store Design & Visual Merchandise, Supply Chain, and Business Technology teams.
Empowering employees and managers
We empower our managers to serve as mentors and coaches, guiding their teams to success with a personal touch, while supporting shop employees in their growth and confidence from day one.
Designing training programs
We design engaging and tailored training programs, recognising that learning is a journey, and we're here to support our colleagues every step of the way.
