This global team collaborates with the HR teams in our markets across the globe. In these local teams, HR operations, HR Advice, and Talent Acquisition are represented to support the growth and continuation of the business. Together, they improve our processes, prioritise employee engagement and nurture our Rituals culture.
HR Partners
Located at our central office, they are the trusted advisors of our business leaders to equip and guide them in team & talent development, performance management and organisational effectiveness. They support leaders to shape our culture, and give strategic advice with a blend of wisdom and warmth.
HR Centres of Excellence
These are the innovators elevating our HR game. Within their specialised teams - People & Organization Development, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, and Reward & International Mobility - they craft and implement bespoke solutions, pushing our approach to new heights.
HR Global Operations and Services
This team is the engine behind Rituals' growth, ensuring continuity, efficiency and scalability. Perhaps operational art is a better way to describe the teams’ work. They look beyond services and operations and make it an art to deliver standout employee experiences, both in-person and digitally.
