Join us during our busiest and most magical time of year. As our Christmas Temp, you'll work in a beautifully decorated boutique that's filled with holiday joy. You're doing much more than selling products or giving customers a quick 'hello' and 'goodbye'. You'll create what we call the Feel Good Experience: our way of making customers feel amazing during the most wonderful time of the year.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver the Feel Good Experience - welcome customers with our signature tea, help them find their favourite products or surprise them with something they never knew they needed.
- Hit sales targets - stay sharp on the numbers and challenge yourself with small victories, like perfecting a product story or turning more customers into members.
- Handle all the retail essentials - you run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique looking sharp and stocked at all times.
- Be a brand ambassador - you care about how Rituals looks and feels (from creating beautiful displays to rocking the Rituals look yourself) because you understand that every detail matters for a luxury brand.

2The ‘Discovery’ of the role
Forget the standard interview; we’d rather let you experience the role. That’s why you’ll be invited to a so-called ‘Discovery’. During this Discovery, you’ll explore the store, meet the team, and show how you interact in real situations.
