What we do
It’s our passion to create beautiful, innovative products that help people rediscover happiness in the smallest of things. Rituals is a Certified B Corp™ - a company verified as meeting standards for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
We invest in global programmes and local initiatives focused on the wellbeing of people and communities. These include the Tiny Miracles Foundation, War Child and the Super Chill Foundation.
Through our Impact Days initiative,head-office employees can use one workday each year to volunteer for a charitable organisation or activity.
The 10% Profit for Impact
Better the Balance
At Rituals, we believe feeling good goes beyond beauty – true wellbeing comes from human connection, with each other and with nature. That belief is why we created 10% Profit for Impact, dedicating 10% of our annual net profit to causes that improve the wellbeing of people and planet. Because when we reconnect with (human) nature, we often rediscover calm, balance, and belonging.
From 2025 onwards, this refers to 10% of our net profit from the previous year. For example, in 2025, this refers to 10% of our net profit from 2024.

Rituals is a Certified B Corp™ - a company verified by B Lab against standards for social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
To become a B Corp, a company must complete a verification process covering its social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. The certification applies to Rituals as a company and not to individual products, collections or initiatives.

Through our Impact Days initiative, head-office employees can use one workday each year to volunteer. Employees can take part in organised volunteering activities.
