As our Stock Coordinator, you're the reason everything runs perfectly behind the scenes. You'll look after our stockroom and keep products moving smoothly from delivery to display. Thanks to you, all the shelves are perfectly stocked.

Your role

Handle all the logistics - receive new products, check inventory, and make sure everything gets to the shop floor at the right time and in the right place.
Keep everything neat and organised - maintain a clean, tidy stockroom where everything has its spot and your team can work safely and efficiently.
Work with the shop floor team - help Sales Advisors keep shelves full and displays looking perfect throughout the day.
Take responsibility for store operations - be flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends while working towards your goals and helping the store succeed.

Bring all of you

You're naturally organised, have a problem-solving mindset, and a sharp eye for detail.

You're a positive team player who takes ownership, you're capable with digital devices, and you enjoy creating clean, efficient spaces.

You have relevant experience in retail, logistics or hospitality, and you'd be happy to work with a luxury brand like Rituals.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
