Are you ready to become an expert in your field? At Rituals, we offer 5 different trainee tracks. A People Track, Tech Track, Finance Track, Marketing Track and Supply Track. During this 2-year program, you will do 3 job rotations within your expertise, while we prioritize your personal development through training, mentoring and coaching. Being a trainee at Rituals means learning a lot and making meaningful impact, while broaden your horizon.
