To support Rituals’ amazing growth, we focus on what’s most important. Our priorities include implementing end-to-end product category management, partnering with new suppliers, optimising product costs, designing and implementing our quality management system, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Our teams are divided by region and product category, which gives us global reach and a comprehensive view of our products. Here's a look at our specialised teams:
Quality
The Quality team collaborates with our partners to enhance product standards throughout the development and production processes.
Regulatory
The Regulatory team ensures each product complies with the rules and regulations for the specific markets we enter.
Sourcing
Team Sourcing is divided into four divisions, being: Cosmetics & Non-Cosmetics, Sourcing Packaging: Home, Body & Beauty categories, Sourcing Gifts & co-packing and Sourcing New Partnerships.

We genuinely care for one another. For us, this means helping out with each other's work, being attuned to our teammates' wellbeing, how they're feeling, or simply making sure everyone has someone to have lunch with. We also like to celebrate life's special moments as a team. From birthdays to weddings, and welcoming new babies: we’re there for each other. We even have a running and cheerleading team, and enjoy activities such as escape rooms and museum visits together, creating lots of fun memories along the way.
