Working from Amsterdam, each subteam brings its own unique strengths and expertise:
Global Finance Operations Team
This team is a vibrant mix of nationalities, including people from Brazil, Poland, Austria, Guatemala and more. They ensure efficient invoice processing, purchase order preparation, and B2B client transactions for the entire company.
Financial Control Team
Experts in accounting, this team expertly manages all the figures in their entities, while working closely with other departments. This helps them get the full picture and accurately reflect it in our figures. They provide valuable financial insights, constantly enhance processes, and confidently handle audits, ensuring we always meet tax obligations on time.
Internal Control and Risk Team
Focused on risk management, this team diligently monitors internal controls and leads crucial projects like the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). In this role, it bridges departments, steering Rituals towards sustainability in line with the directive.
Tax Team
Expert in corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax, this team advises our departments and manages global tax audits.
Payroll Team
Based in Amsterdam, this team manages global payroll processing, combining their expertise with HR and Finance for accurate and efficient operations.
Finance Development Team
Bridging finance and technology, they work on cross functional projects to continuously improve our finance processes and systems.
