As Rituals’ Real Estate team, we’re on a mission to discover the most striking shop locations to extend our global presence. We are responsible for every aspect of real estate, from choosing the perfect site to negotiation with property owners. If there's a dream spot to be uncovered, you can bet we're the ones to find it.
Within our team, we have two vital roles: Real Estate Managers and Real Estate Coordinators, each with distinct responsibilities. Together, they collaborate to nurture and grow our network of regional shops. Our work involves close coordination with various departments, including design, construction, and legal. Every day brings a new project, along with its unique challenges, such as striking the right balance between prime locations and budgets while staying agile in a dynamic market. It's more than just bricks and mortar; it's about creating the spaces where the soulful essence of Rituals comes to life.
