As the Wholesale Coordinator, you will be an essential link between Key Account Managers, retail partners and internal teams. You will coordinate sales operations and trade marketing activity across online and in-store channels. You will keep launches, assortments, assets, reporting and retailer processes running smoothly, while using data and commercial insight to improve execution and support profitable growth.
- Support Key Account Managers with retailer planning, presentations, new product introductions and business reviews.
- Manage retailer assortments, merchandising plan communications, product set-up, orders and service-level follow-up, escalating risks and opportunities.
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales, stock, forecast and promotional reporting to support decisions.
- Coordinate online and in-store trade marketing plans, promotional calendars and key commercial and go to market moments.
- Brief, gather and deliver retailer assets including imagery, copy, POS, merchandising plans, samples, testers and gifts.
- Maintain retailer brand pages and product content in line with brand guidelines, ensuring launches and limited editions land on time.
- Analyse campaign and sales performance, share clear insights and recommend practical improvements.
- Act as a day-to-day contact across retailers, agencies, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain and Merchandising.
- Improve processes, trackers and ways of working to increase accuracy, speed and execution quality.
Bring all of you
- Experience in sales support, trade marketing, wholesale, retail operations or account coordination, ideally within beauty, FMCG or premium retail.
- Experience working with Boots is essential; exposure to pure-play and omnichannel retailers such as ASOS and Next is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and commercial capability, with confidence interpreting sales, stock and campaign data.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using retailer portals and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident stakeholder management and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative enough to shape engaging activations, pragmatic enough to deliver them brilliantly.
- Proactive, results-oriented and comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field; around three years of relevant experience preferred.
