Supervisor

Are you the go-to person when colleagues have questions? Love that moment you help a customer from browsing to buying? This is your chance.

Share your talents

Deliver amazing customer service – you know every product inside out and share their stories in ways that connect with every customer you meet.

Win at sales and bring others with you – do great at your own targets while setting the example for your team members.

Be the problem-solver customers and colleagues trust – handle complex questions and situations with confidence, while keeping the boutique running smoothly.

Represent Rituals – follow safety standards, rock the Rituals look, and keep your product knowledge up to date through training and workshops.

Bring all of you

You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.

You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.

You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.

Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.

You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.

Benefits of working at Rituals

Our famous, monthly Kick-Off - checking out new products, workshops, planning ahead. In this role, you'll help shape them.

Employee discounts, goodie bags, gifts (warning: you might need more shelf space at home) and access to various wellbeing perks.

Potential monthly bonus of 8% on top of your gross salary when shop targets are met (applies to contracts of 16+ hours).

All the growth opportunities. Think Expert Community Programmes, Sales, Service & KPI training, our learning platform, and coaching on the job.

The application process

We’re doing things slightly differently - on purpose. That’s why we’ve designed our hiring process to be fair - and we hope, fun - with a focus on spotting your talent and potential. We’ve also put care into your experience, creating a journey that gives you a clear sense of what it’s like to work in a Rituals store. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Apply – No CV needed.

We care about who you are, not just what’s on your CV. Apply through our online application form or chat with Luna, our virtual recruiting assistant. No CV needed.

  2. Quick Check: Screening questions

Next, we’ll ask you a few quick screening questions to check if you meet some key requirements. It won’t take more than 1 minute.

    2
  3. Game Time! (Game-Based Assessment)

You’ll play a series of short (and fun) games lasting approximately 20 minutes in total. They help us understand how you think, solve problems, and work. No prep needed.

  4. The ‘Discovery’ of the role

Forget the standard interview; we’d rather let you experience the role. That’s why you’ll be invited to a so-called ‘Discovery’. During this Discovery, you’ll explore the store, meet the team, and show how you interact in real situations.

    4
  5. Job offer

Feeling good? So are we. If it’s a match, we’ll make you a job offer; clear, direct, and with everything you need to know.
