Rituals Activation Sales Advisor

What you'll do;

• Engage with passing shoppers and encourage them to enter the store
• Bring the Rituals brand to life through product sampling, demonstrations and unique experiences
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales opportunities
• Support the Store Manager in achieving KPI’s and sales targets
• Create meaningful customer moments through our products and Rituals philosophy
• Maintain excellent store standards, visual merchandising and stock organisation
• Support stock management, deliveries and loss prevention procedures
• Continue developing your product knowledge through training and e-Learning

What we're looking for;

• A confident, outgoing and enthusiastic communicator
• The perfect candidate will ideally come from a background such as acting, promotional staffing, brand ambassador work, marketing activation or event hosting
• Someone who is comfortable approaching and speaking with a wide range of people
• A team player with a strong customer-first mindset
• Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Passion for retail, customer experience and brand storytelling
• Experience in a fast-paced retail sales environment
• Experience in promotional activity, sampling or brand activation is a plus
