We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Maintenance Coordinator to support our retail stores nationwide and help maintain a premium store environment aligned with our brand guidelines.

In this role, you’ll be the go‑to person for all maintenance matters, acting as the first point of contact for stores and head office colleagues, and working closely with external suppliers to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing full planned and reactive maintenance support across all retail stores
  • Acting as the first escalation point for maintenance issues from stores and Head Office
  • Managing maintenance tickets via the ServiceNow portal
  • Issuing work orders, reviewing and approving repair quotes within Opex and Capex budgets
  • Building strong relationships with maintenance providers, contractors and suppliers
  • Coordinating maintenance support for the local Head Office in partnership with the Office Manager
  • Maintaining accurate store and asset data across maintenance systems
  • Ordering furniture and store items from global suppliers to ensure stores meet premium standards
  • Creating purchase orders and approving maintenance‑related invoices
  • Supporting the implementation of new maintenance processes and ways of working
  • Escalating high‑priority issues to senior stakeholders when required

What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years’ experience in retail maintenance, both remotely and on‑site
  • Confident using database systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
  • A practical problem‑solver who can spot issues before they escalate
  • Cost‑conscious, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
