The application process

We’re doing things slightly differently - on purpose. That’s why we’ve designed our hiring process to be fair - and we hope, fun - with a focus on spotting your talent and potential. We’ve also put care into your experience, creating a journey that gives you a clear sense of what it’s like to work in a Rituals store. Game Time! (Game-Based Assessment)
You’ll play a series of short (and fun) games lasting approximately 20 minutes in total. They help us understand how you think, solve problems, and work. No prep needed.

The ‘Discovery’ of the role
Forget the standard interview; we’d rather let you experience the role. That’s why you’ll be invited to a so-called ‘Discovery’. During this Discovery, you’ll explore the store, meet the team, and show how you interact in real situations.
