The application process

We’re doing things slightly differently - on purpose. That’s why we’ve designed our hiring process to be fair - and we hope, fun - with a focus on spotting your talent and potential. We’ve also put care into your experience, creating a journey that gives you a clear sense of what it’s like to work in a Rituals store. Please note you must already have the legal right to work in the UK. Here’s what to expect:

   We care about who you are, not just what’s on your CV. Apply through our online application form or chat with Luna, our virtual recruiting assistant. No CV needed.

2. Quick Check: Screening questions

   Next, we’ll ask you a few quick screening questions to check if you meet some key requirements. It won’t take more than 1 minute.

3. Game Time! (Game-Based Assessment)

   You’ll play a series of short (and fun) games lasting approximately 30 minutes in total. They help us understand how you think, solve problems, and work. No prep needed.

4. The ‘Discovery’ of the role

   Forget the standard interview; we’d rather let you experience the role. That’s why you’ll be invited to a so-called ‘Discovery’. During this Discovery, you’ll explore the store, meet the team, and show how you interact in real situations.

5. Online interview

   Time to dive deeper. In this online interview, we’ll explore your leadership experience, motivation, and give you a clear understanding of the role and expectations.

6. Job offer

   Feeling good? So are we. If it’s a match, we’ll make you a job offer; clear, direct, and with everything you need to know.
